11 examples of nice responses to positive Google reviews

Great Google reviews should be answered to say thank you. But how? Here are 11 good examples for you (Photo: Towfiqu barbhuiya/Unsplash).

I look after and optimize the Google company profiles (formerly Google My Business) for some customers and in this context I also answer the reviews given by customers. Of course, there are always bad reviews that we remove if they are obviously unfounded, but most reviews are actually 4 or 5 star reviews.

Suggested responses to reviews

If you're like me and you're not very creative spontaneously, but still don't always want to answer the same thing, then I can recommend that you simply put together a few possible answers and then randomly choose one of them when answering the reviews. You can also add the name of the customer and write “Hello Mr. Mustermann, …” in advance.

In this way, most customers should feel pleasantly addressed and at the same time be happy that they are receiving positive feedback on their rating.

Here are some suggested thank you replies to use:

  1. Thank you for your review! We appreciate your feedback and are glad that you were satisfied with our product or service.
  2. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are pleased that we were able to satisfy you and hope that you will continue to place your trust in us.
