Chapter in this post:
With the service EZOICthat you can use to monetize your website, I'm just taking the first steps on my blog. Before you can really start, you have to take care of the correct data in the cookie box, because of course the visitors must also be able to view the EZOIC cookies and reject them if they are not wanted.
If you want to use the EZOIC service, you have to add a few cookies in Borlabs. I will show you how this works in this post.
The first step is to create a new group of cookies, because for EZOIC we need another group called "Preferences". To create the new group, we do the following:
We have now created the new group and can now continue with the creation of the individual cookies.
Now follow the instructions to create the cookies that are used by EZOIC. Since these fall into different groups, we need to create them in the following four cookie groups:
All cookies for EZOIC are now created and should also appear in the Borlabs cookie box if you click on "Individual data protection settings" in the box and then on "Show cookie information" in the corresponding area.
If you no longer get the cookie box because you have selected your privacy settings earlier, you can simply call up the website again in a "private window" or "incognito window". This means that the browser does not use any cookies and the Borlabs plugin would have to display the cookie box again.
Jens has been running the blog since 2012. He appears as Sir Apfelot for his readers and helps them with problems of a technical nature. In his free time he drives electric unicycles, takes photos (preferably with his iPhone, of course), climbs around in the Hessian mountains or hikes with the family. His articles deal with Apple products, news from the world of drones or solutions for current bugs.
