As reported a few days ago, iFixit has, among other things disassembled the current iPad mini. Various technical data such as the 3 GB RAM and the 5.124 mAh battery with 19,32 Wh came to light. Now there is also a teardown of the iFixit Apple iPad Air 3 (2019). This shows the internal structure of the tablet as well as technical data, which Apple usually does not publish itself, but uses examples (battery life instead of capacity, performance comparison instead of RAM naming). Details from the tinkering with the flat mobile computer can be found below.

Repair iPad Air 2019: Rating is 2/10
As with the iPad mini 2019 teardown, the repairability of the iPad Air from this year is only rated 2 out of 10. The only positive point is that all screws can be removed with a regular Phillips screwdriver. It is considered neutrally that although many components are modular, for example the Lightning connector is soldered to the logic board. Further measures are negatively classified as unnecessarily complicated.
