At the Apple Special Event on September 10, 2019 at the Steve Jobs Theater, the Apple Watch Series 5 presented. In addition to the iPhone 11, the iPhone 11 Pro (Max) and the new iPad with 10,2 inch display, the new Smartwatch from Cupertino was also a little eye-catcher. In the following I present the smart watch with watchOS 6 with technical data, the price, pictures, videos and further information. In the following I have summarized the most important technical data from the Apple Watch Series 5 data sheet. The price of the new Apple watch and even more specs can be found under the list.

More information about Apple's new smartwatch
The rumors about sleep or sleep phase monitoring as a function during the night have not been confirmed. In return, the Apple Watch 5 has an always-on display that not only dims when idle, but also reduces the refresh rate to 1 Hz. This means that the all-day battery life can be maintained with the display always activated. In addition, a compass has been integrated that can help with navigation, finding constellations and more. Apple Pay, Siri, the SOS function and the like are also included again. Otherwise, the watch is not really surprising or innovative.

At yesterday's September keynote there were a total of two videos about the Apple Watch, which also made it onto the YouTube channel of the technology giant from Cupertino. The first video is the introduction of the new smartwatch.
