Chapter in this post:
They'll come in two days Bose Noise Canceling Headphones 700 in this country on the market. You can pre-order them at Amazon for some time. But is it worth it? Are the new ones, in short just simply Bose headphones 700 mentioned, noise-canceling headphones much better than the previous Bose QC 35? Here are my thoughts on the new headphones and QuietComfort 35.
TL; DR: Check it out here on Amazon
The Bose Noise Canceling Headphones 700 have been redesigned in every respect compared to the QC 35. The Bose AR-capable headphones have a microphone system made up of four individual microphones, which should deliver the best voice quality for telephony and voice assistance in any environment. At the same time, four additional microphones outside and inside the auricle ensure intelligent noise suppression. In addition to buttons, there is also a touch control element (on the front of the right auricle), which is intended to intuitively ensure that entries can be made without clicking noises.
Switching off the environment by means of noise suppression is possible in eleven stages - from complete noise suppression to complete perception of the surroundings. The noise reduction for enjoying music, audio books and podcast programs has been improved compared to its predecessor for the Bose Headphones 700. According to Bose, the acoustic design itself has not only been improved, but also completely redesigned. For example with the "TriPort Acoustic Headphone Structure". The quick charge function, the cable operation if the battery is empty and the case are also useful.
Anyone who has always wanted high-quality Bose headphones with audiophile features should go straight for the new model. For example at Amazon you can pre-order the headphones that will be released on Thursday. Then you can test them directly on the weekend and see whether they are something for you. Voice assistants such as Alexa or Google Assistant can be activated using a special button. Media playback and call options can be controlled via a touch field with various typing patterns and gestures. Details can be found in the PDF operating instructions linked above.
I already have test reports and experience reports on the previous model of the headphones presented here summarized at this point. The Bose QC35, as they are usually called for short, came off very well. They were also traded as a good successor to the previously available QC 25 model. The situation is now similar in comparison with the 700 model, only that it has been completely revised and not only improved in details.
With currently € 281,00 the previous model is a lot cheaper than that Newbies priced at € 399,95, but also getting on in years. So here you have to choose between the “cheap” discontinued models and the more expensive state-of-the-art headphones. Good news for everyone who cannot make a direct decision: Bose does not want to crush the QuietComfort models, but instead wants to continue to manufacture and sell the new headphone series.
As you can see from the technical data of the Bose Headphones 700, it is an intelligently planned audio accessory for lovers of the best sound. The audio quality still has to be tested and evaluated by users in Germany, but you can expect a lot from Bose in advance. In addition to the new sound design, there are touch controls, voice assistance, improved active and passive noise reduction, four microphones for the best voice quality, a quick charge function and many other advantages. So you can give a buy recommendation for those who have the necessary change almost without your own Bose Headphones 700 test. Maybe a change if the previous model breaks ...
