Mobile charging station for batteries of the DJI Mavic Air and Mavic Pro / Pro Platinum

By chance I noticed two charging stations for DJI drones on Amazon. Not only the very extensive battery for charging the Intelligent Flight Battery, controller, smartphone, tablet and other accessories, but also the customer reviews are impressive. Each charging station, both for the DJI Mavic Air and for the Mavic Pro / Pro Platinum, has only 5-star customer ratings (as of September 17, 2018). In the following I have summarized why I find the two power banks for the drone batteries with 158 Wh and 185 Wh each so practical.

The Smatree charging stations serve as a power bank for the DJI Intelligent Flight Battery from Mavic Air or Mavic Pro (Platinum). Smartphones, tablets and remote controls for the drones can also be charged while on the move.

If you have a DJI drone, then you are probably already familiar with a few options for charging the battery. From the charging adapter for the car to the highly professional transport case with ventilation and all the trimmings ... The power banks with handles that Smatree offers for the DJI Mavic Air and Mavic Pro / Pro Platinum models are something in between. They have a thick internal battery and can charge the batteries of the DJI drones as well as the remote control and even a tablet or smartphone via USB. A complete offer for your excursion with the drone;)

With the charger offered by Smatree for the charging station, it charges in just 4 hours; but it is not included in the scope of delivery.

In addition to the three slots for the Intelligent Flight Batteries of the DJI Mavic Air (and their Fly More Combo) there is also a USB-A output for charging smartphones, tablets, drone remote controls, etc. Without operating them on the drone power bank, five to eight DJI batteries can be fully charged on the go.

On the individual product pages you will find useful customer reviews as well as questions and answers about the two power banks. These are positive across the board and reflect a high level of satisfaction. The accessories for the accumulators of the quadrocopter are not particularly heavy (compared to a transport case etc.), seem to be robust enough for camping trips and do their job reliably.
