A reader has just pointed out to me that at the NordVPN checkout, the 19% VAT (in Germany) is added to the prices mentioned here. To do the math for you, I have calculated the two important numbers here:

• Price for the entire 2 year package: 90,02 EUR including VAT.

I can't say why NordVPN gives the prices without VAT, but I assume that it is due to the international setup and therefore the country-specific VAT can only be added at the checkout when you specify which country you are from.
