On Dan Rodney's website you can find all OS X keyboard shortcuts in a list (graphic: screenshot danrodney.com).

Working with keyboard shortcuts in Mac OS X is often much more efficient than juggling the mouse or trackpad. There have been many attempts to summarize the most important abbreviations in lists, but so far no list that I have found was really “complete”. That should change now… Im Podcast of the MobileMacs Freak show guys I heard today that Dan Rodney put together a very good list of OS X keyboard shortcuts. Including the famous Ctrl + Shift + Eject, which you will know if you listen to MobileMacs a lot. Incidentally, the keyboard shortcut immediately sends the Mac to the lockscreen. All you have to do is activate the option that a login is required after hibernation. Useful when you have to get away from your Mac quickly, but you want to protect yourself from being messed around with on the Mac.
