CR17345 battery specifications and comparative types

At the designation CR17345 is a photo battery, also known as CR123 or (CR123A) is in trade. The official However, the IEC designation is CR17345. I'll refer to it as CR17345 for convenience, as that's the naming that's officially used - although most retailers list the battery as "CR123A". Technically, however, there is no difference between these different battery designations.
