Welcome to Sodom - New documentary shows the dark side of the electric boom

It is no secret that there are scrap heaps of unbelievable proportions in Africa, where people look for usable raw materials under the most adverse circumstances. But it's all so far away, away from tourist areas and from our beautiful, clean Europe. But that will change if you go to the cinema soon. Because the documentary has been running there since August 2, 2018 Welcome to Sodom. The Austrian production shows Europe's largest garbage dump, where around 6.000 women, men and children make a living in the middle of Africa - in the country of Ghana.
